She has held key leadership roles at Ohio Recovery Center/Ark Behavioral, Ohio Health, Maple Heights Behavioral Health/Acadia, and Lutheran.

In her current role, Christal oversees all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care across the facility.
